With 34 years of experience in the restaurant industry and 7 years dedicated to FMK Hospitality Group, Ivan has made significant contributions to several of FMK's esteemed restaurants, including Bluefin, Harvest, Chop House, and Coastal Del Mar.
He began his journey with FMK as a Front of House Manager, demonstrating his leadership and passion for hospitality. Ivan's favorite aspect of being a General Manager in The Villages is the opportunity to meet and build relationships with new people, enriching both his personal and professional life.
