GENERAL MANAGER

Ivan Gines

Ivan Gines, originally from Dorado, Puerto Rico, is the General Manager at Evans Prairie Country Club. With 34 years of experience in the restaurant industry and 7 years dedicated to FMK Hospitality Group, Ivan has made significant contributions to several of FMK's esteemed restaurants, including Bluefin, Harvest, Chop House, and Coastal Del Mar.

 

He began his journey with FMK as a Front of House Manager, demonstrating his leadership and passion for hospitality. Ivan's favorite aspect of being a General Manager in The Villages is the opportunity to meet and build relationships with new people, enriching both his personal and professional life.

Harold Arias

CULINARY MANAGER

Originally from Medellín, Colombia, Harold has been part of FMK Hospitality Group for 3 years. He began his FMK journey as a Line Cook before advancing to Assistant Kitchen Manager and now Kitchen Manager, a testament to his strong work ethic and leadership.

Harold has spent 5 years in the restaurant industry—the same amount of time he’s lived in the United States—after an impressive 12-year career as a process manager at a bank. He brings that same precision and focus to the kitchen every day.

​

He appreciates FMK’s commitment to growth, quality, and care for both guests and employees, values that align with his own passion for continuous improvement and teamwork. His favorite dish, both personally and among guests, is the flavorful Mango Salmon.

Motivated by his family and a drive for excellence, Harold leads with integrity, always striving to inspire and support those around him.
